Privacy Policy

365 Sidewalks (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you request a sidewalk quote, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

Email address — entered in Step 2 of the quote form. Stored in our database so we can deliver your quote and contact you about it.
Property address — entered in Step 1. Used to look up lot frontage from NYC’s public property database (MapPLUTO) and to prepare your quote.
Measurement data — lot frontage (linear feet) and, when available, derived sidewalk area. Sourced from NYC open-data APIs (MapPLUTO, NYC GeoSearch, NYC Sidewalk inventory). Never fabricated.
Quote records — the price options we calculated for your address, stored so we can honour them and for our own accounting records.
Email send log — a hashed record (SHA-256) of the recipient address and outcome of each send. The raw email address is never written to the send log.

How we use it

To deliver the quote you requested.
To follow up if you reply or book a site visit.
To honour quote pricing for the validity period shown in the email.
We do not sell your email address or use it for marketing unrelated to your quote request.

Retention

We retain quote records for at least 7 years for business and tax purposes. Email addresses are retained for the life of the quote and any resulting contract.

Your rights

You may request that we delete your email address from our records by emailing privacy@365sidewalks.com. We will remove it from marketing lists immediately and from quote records where legally permitted.

Unsubscribe / opt-out

Reply “STOP” or “Unsubscribe” to any email from us, or email privacy@365sidewalks.com. We maintain a suppression list; suppressed addresses are never emailed again.

Third-party services

Postmark — email delivery. Your email address is transmitted to Postmark to deliver your quote. Postmark’s privacy policy: postmarkapp.com/privacy-policy.
NYC Open Data APIs — we query NYC GeoSearch and MapPLUTO (public APIs) with the address you enter. No personal data is sent to these services.
